Returns & exchanges

I really hope you love your purchase. However, if you are not 100% happy you can return the item within 14 days for a full refund, or within 28 days for an exchange. This is because as such a small company our stocks are very limited. Unfortunately, we cannot offer free returns at this stage, and recommend you use a tracked delivery service when sending back to us.

If you could please return your unworn items in their original packaging, with labels still attached via a signed for delivery service.

International returns

All returns will be at the customer's expense. I recommend returning via DHL. Please ensure you are sending the item as a 'Return' when filling out the form.

Do you gift wrap?

I do! All orders over £100 come wrapped in tissue, ribbon and a beautiful box (which has been made in England). If you require multiple gift boxes for one order please get in touch with me at info@eloisejephson.com.

Can I add a gift message to my order?

Yes! Please email me at info@eloisejephson.com with your order number and gift message.

What are your shipping prices and delivery times?

We offer free shipping for all UK orders over £150, and Royal Mail for orders under £75. We also ship internationally across the globe using DHL.

How will Brexit impact my order?

If you are in the UK nothing will change. Hurrah!

If you are in the EU please check your government website for duties and taxes prices. 

All EU orders are sent via DHL which usually takes 1-3 days to be delivered once clearing customs. 

International shipping duties and taxes

As a small business I cannot afford to absorb this cost. Please be aware of the cost of the charges at customs before you place your order. This is usually 20% of the RRP. If the customs are not paid by the customer, I cannot pay to get the items back, so please note this is the customers responsibility.

Our products are generally true to size. If in doubt please go up a size.
